Christmas came early this week for dozens of holiday-clad, cocktail-sipping, and charity-minded Las Vegas locals, thanks to Chic Compass Magazine and its current cover star, Via Brasil owner Anna Gomes.

The “Holiday Magic” event felt like a Winter Wonderland, with Christmas trees (ten at last count) everywhere you looked inside Gomes’ award-winning Brazilian steakhouse. Trust me when I say there was no better restaurant than Via Brasil to help get you in the holiday spirit(s)!

With signature passed hors d’oeuvres—and plenty of wine—we raised our glasses to the “Legacy Edition” of Chic Compass and donations for the Forgotten Song Foundation.

The event was a rare chance to bring together the Foundation board, Chic Compass writers, and many supporters for a worthy cause.

And I even crossed off one item from my Christmas list: an original Niki J. Sands painting. Thanks, Santa!!!
